This 60–90 minute group workshop blends grounding practices, guided journaling techniques, and quiet reflection to help participants experience journaling as a tool for self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, and intentional living.

Whether you are brand new to journaling or have been writing for years, this workshop invites you to engage with your thoughts in a way that feels nourishing, honest, and empowering.
