Are you a certified meditation teacher?
Yes, I’m a certified meditation practitioner. I offer both individual meditation instruction and guided group sessions (including public gatherings and virtual meetups). Whether you're brand new or looking to deepen your practice, I meet you where you are with personalized guidance and support.
What if I’m looking for more intuitive support?
I also offer the Inner Voice Journey: Return to Self, a six-week, one-on-one intuitive experience available in person or online. As a natural-born intuitive, I believe it’s important for women to learn how to hear the guidance they already carry within. The answers are there; this work is about learning how to listen. This work includes weekly one-hour sessions and guided at-home practices designed to help women slow down, listen inward, and strengthen their connection to their own inner voice. Participants learn how to trust and hear their own intuition and how to access their own inner guidance, building clarity and self-trust from within.
I’m new to meditation. Where should I begin?
Welcome, you’re not alone. Meditation doesn’t require special skills or a blank mind. Just a few minutes of your presence. Start by sitting comfortably, focusing on your breath, and gently returning your attention when it wanders (which it will and that’s okay). Visit the “Getting Started” section for beginner-friendly tips and a simple practice.
Do you have a podcast?
Yes! I host The Heart of Mindful Living, a podcast on Spotify and YouTube. Each episode is an invitation to explore inner peace, emotional resilience, and the messy, beautiful journey of being human. Whether you're listening on a walk or during a quiet moment, it's here to support you.
